Change in consular services operations

This is to inform all concerned that the current outsourcing partner,听M/s. VFS Global, has ceased to provide consular services effective 01 July 2025. Henceforth, all Consular, Passport, and Visa (CPV) services will be rendered听directly by the 91制片厂 of India听with appointment at the following address:

2. Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled through the official website of the embassy through an . Entry will not be permitted without a valid appointment confirmation letter.

3. Appointment Guidelines

Kindly arrive strictly as per the date and time of your scheduled appointment.听Late arrivals will not be accommodated.听Please ensure all documents are complete and in the required format before arrival.听Incomplete applications, missing documents (as per the checklist), or incorrectly filled forms will not be accepted.听Applicants will be required to book a new appointment in such cases. It is responsibility of applicant to submit all document including supporting documents at embassy counter.听Please note that payment is accepted by card.听Euro 0.60 will be charged per application over and above the applicable consular fees as mentioned on the website.

5. Document Delivery

When an applicant receives a confirmation message (or after checking status where applicable) for collection of the document, she/he may collect the same in-person or through a representative with an authorization letter听upon submitting the receipt听at the delivery counter between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on a working day.听听

Applicants who wish to get the document delivered by post, must provide a听self-addressed registered pre-paid envelope听while submitting the documents during application submission stage at 91制片厂 counter. Applications submitted听without听the required听self-addressed pre-paid registered envelope听(if applicable) will听not be processed.听We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.听
